Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
Most orders are hand-packed and leave our Phoenix studio within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Tax Policy
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard carriers. These orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold, and delivery may take 7–14 business days.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@localnomad.us with your order code and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
